Go-Live Checklist

Use this checklist before publishing your funnel to make sure everything is set up for success.

Funnel setup

  • All steps and fields are configured and in the right order
  • Required fields are marked — don't require too much too early
  • Conditional logic tested with different answer paths
  • Thank-you / confirmation step has a clear next action
  • Preview your funnel end-to-end on desktop and mobile

Design & branding

  • Brand colors, logo, and fonts match your website
  • Button text is clear and action-oriented ("Get my quote" > "Submit")
  • Layout mode chosen (fullpage or card) based on your use case
  • Trust badges or social proof added where relevant
  • Dark mode looks correct (if your audience uses it)

Domain & publishing

  • Custom domain configured and SSL verified (if using one)
  • Embed code added to your website (if embedding)
  • Shareable link tested in an incognito browser
  • Page title, favicon, and meta description set
  • Open Graph image configured for social sharing

Integrations & notifications

  • Webhook URL configured and receiving test submissions
  • Google Sheets connected (if using) and columns match your fields
  • Email notifications enabled for new leads (if desired)
  • CRM integration tested with a test lead
  • Zapier / Make automation triggered and verified end-to-end

Tracking & analytics

  • Meta Pixel ID added (if running Facebook/Instagram ads)
  • UTM parameters tested — check they appear in lead data
  • Google Analytics or other tracking scripts added
  • A/B test configured (if testing variants from day one)
  • Conversion goals defined so you know what success looks like

Compliance & privacy

  • Privacy policy linked in your funnel or website footer
  • Consent checkbox added for marketing communications (GDPR)
  • Data retention settings reviewed in your account settings
  • Cookie banner in place on your website (if required)
  • CAPTCHA enabled to prevent spam submissions

Final launch tests

  • Submit a test lead and verify it arrives in your inbox / CRM / spreadsheet
  • Test on a real phone (not just browser device mode)
  • Ask a colleague or friend to complete the funnel and give feedback
  • Check your analytics dashboard shows the test submission
  • Verify the thank-you page and any redirect URLs work correctly
