1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aldor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aldor is a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to create lead capture funnels, collect and manage leads, and integrate with third-party services.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or other harmful code
  • Collect personal data without consent
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
  • Interfere with the Service's operation

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Lead Data

Leads collected through your funnels belong to you. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining proper consent from leads
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Having appropriate privacy policies for your funnels

7. Pricing and Payment

  • Free plans have usage limits as described on our pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your billing period
  • Your funnels will be unpublished but data retained for 30 days
  • You can export your data before the retention period ends

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Aldor.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
