What gets audited, you often ask

Frequent questions.

Can I really turn any document into a template?
Yes. Upload your PDF, place signature, date and name fields by drag and drop, and bind them to record data. The template is then ready for every client.
Are the digital signatures legally valid?
Yes. Aldor captures an advanced electronic signature (eIDAS Art. 26) with timestamp, device binding and chain of evidence — sufficient for Pflegekassen and MDK Leistungsnachweise. For rare exceptions (e.g. Vollmachten) we also store paper scans in the same record.
Does the client have to install the app?
No. The caregiver collects the signature during the visit on their own device — or the client opens a magic link in the browser, with no installation at all.
What happens with paper that arrives by post?
You scan it with the phone, Aldor matches client and document type automatically and files it in the record. Pflegegradbescheide, Abtretungen, Schweigepflichtentbindungen — all in the same inbox as digital arrivals.
How long are documents retained?
Leistungsnachweise and Abtretungserklärungen at least 10 years (SGB XI / AO), encrypted at rest. On contract end you export everything as a ZIP — afterwards keys are revoked and the content is cryptographically irretrievable.
