How does Aldor prevent double-booking?
Aldor won't let a double-booking happen in the first place — if two Disponenten save the same slot at once, only the first booking goes through and the second is rejected with a clear message. The plan only ever holds one visit per Helfer and time slot.
Can we plan tours with several Helfer?
Yes. Multi-Helfer tours with lead and accompaniment, with or without shared driving — the Helfer app syncs both Helfer on the same tour, time records run per person.
How do recurring working hours work?
You define a pattern ("Mon, Wed, Fri 10:00 at Frau Müller") and Aldor generates the visits across the planning horizon — vacations and holidays are respected. Changes only apply going forward; past visits stay untouched.
Can we also assign vehicles?
Yes. You assign vehicles with time slots right in the tour planning, and matching logbook entries are created automatically. If someone tries to book the same car for the same slot twice, Aldor rejects it just like a double-booking.
